High Security Keyed Alike Padlocks with BumpStop Technology

Introducing BumpStop TECHNOLOGY - Lock bumping, a shockingly easy way to break into locked doors and padlocks, is a rapidly emerging threat to personal property security. Most locks currently in use are highly susceptible to bumping - except for those featuring BumpStop Advanced Cylinder Technology.

This innovative technology utilizes a patent-pending design, including a unique reverse rake tapered driver pin, high-performance springs, and tightly machined cylinder chambers. During a bump attempt, this design prevents the transfer of force from the bump key to the pins, effectively blocking the rotation of the cylinder and keeping the lock secure.

For Commercial/Industrial applications, the ProSeries offers four (4) High Security Locks Keyed Alike, each with 8 Keys. These locks are equipped with BumpStop Advanced Cylinder Technology for enhanced security. A version with a shorter shackle, identified as 6230NKA, is also available.

It's important to note that ordering two 4-packs does not guarantee that they will be keyed the same. To ensure that you receive two 4-packs keyed alike, it is necessary to order the 8-pack.

These heavy-duty padlocks are ideal for industrial and manufacturing environments, storefronts and business gates, as well as marine recreation use due to their ability to withstand harsh elements. They are also suitable for use on utility meters, substations, and cable boxes, among other applications.

Each padlock has a 2-1/2" (64mm) wide round solid steel body, weighing 1.68 lbs, and a 7/16" (11mm) diameter hardened boron alloy shackle with 2" (51 mm) inside height clearance. The chrome rustproofing provides extended durability. These high-security padlocks feature rekeyable 5-pin cylinders with spool pins, making them virtually impossible to pick. Additionally, a dual ball bearing locking mechanism resists pulling and prying, further enhancing security.
